Cards
Wisconsin residents may apply for a card with proper identification. As a member of the MORE consortium of libraries in west central Wisconsin all MORE cards are valid and anyone holding a current card from any of those member libraries need not have a separate card for the Pepin Public Library. Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian co-sign the application to receive a card.

Parking / Accessibility
Parking is available in front of and along side the library. Handicap accessible ramps provide access to both doors.

Reserves
Patrons may reserve items by using the MORE web page or calling the Pepin Library staff and requesting the item. Reserves are filled in the order in which they are places. Patrons will be notified when their item has arrived. Patrons have approximately one week in which to pick up and check out their items. Materials not picked up within that time will be returned or moved to the next patron.

Checkout
Patrons may check out books for either two or three weeks depending on how new the items are. Videos/DVDs and magazines are checked out for one week. Videos/DVDs are restricted to three per household. All materials except DVDs or anything otherwise marked may be returned in the book drop.

Renewals
Materials may be renewed for an additional check out period of the same length of time as the initial check out providing no one else has placed a reserve on the item. Renewals can be made through the MORE web page, by using the 1-800-MYRENEW number or calling the local library phone number. Locally, an answering machine is available to leave your renewal requests on when the library is closed. Please include your name and phone number in the message and we will renew any items that do not have a reserve.

Fines
Fines are charged on all overdue items. Books of all types and magazines are .10 per day. Videos/DVDs are $1.00 per day. Materials from some other libraries may accumulate fines at a higher rate.
